An exciting opportunity for an intern to make an impact on the growing Internet-Of-Things area with voice/audio technologies. We are looking for an exceptional intern

for research in the area of audio signal processing. During this time, you will  do research on audio algorithms related to Automatic Speech Recogition (ASR) and/or speech enhancment algorithms using

deep learning methods. A can-do attitude is a MUST. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineer, Computer Science or related field

Availability for at least 6 months

Strong background in audio signal processing, machine learning and related fields

Strong proramming skills in Python and Matlab

Hands-on experience in speech recognition OR acoustic event detection OR speech enhancement using deep learning

Solid understanding of the DSP methods

Strong problem solving skills

Required: Matlab, Python, deep learning tookits, audio signal processing

Preferred: Publication record, C programming, Understanding of DSP architecture
