Job Description

Cypress Semiconductor is looking for UVM Logic Verification Engineers to help us verify our next generation digital and mixed signal MCU products. The work will include both full chip and block level verification projects using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.  Candidate should have a solid digital verification foundation and be open to new mixed signal system verification flows and concepts.   Individuals meeting requirements are high performers and work well in a strong team environment.

Skills

BSEE (MSEE preferred) and internship or work experience is a plus

  • Working knowledge of Universal Verification Methodology(UVM), writing test plans, simulating, debugging, and documenting results
  • Practical knowledge of verification concepts such as constrained randomization, coverage, and assertions
  • Experience with micro-controllers is a plus
  • Experience or coursework in analog system operation (e.g. comparators, PLLs, Op Amp, ADC, DAC) is a plus
